All franchisees will receive the Office-in-a-Box technical support package. This package is a pre-configured, easy to use solution to meet the needs of Franchisee/Distributors. It requires a computer with internet access to get started (supplied by Franchisee). It consists of:
  • A website customized for the Franchisee with updated training modules
  • Unlimited email accounts for the Franchisee
  • An office productivity toolkit which includes
  • Word Processor with Franchisor templates that can be customized
  • Spreadsheet with Franchisor template for simple accounting
  • Presentation tool with a Franchisor presentation you can deliver over the internet
  • Voice-over-IP program to communicate with Franchisor or Tech Support
  • An online calendar and contacts database to support Franchisee sales and marketing efforts
  • All accessible through Franchisee personalized dashboard, created for Franchisee by Franchisor
    • Computer hardware requirements: Computer with standard web browser and internet connection. Franchisor can provide competitive pricing for hardware should Franchisee wish to explore this option.
