Friends and Family Pizza is a proud member of the Association of Fund-Raising Distributors & Suppliers (AFRDS)
Q1: How does the fundraiser work?
A1: We will provide you with all of the necessary sales forms that you and your salespeople will need. During your sales campaign, your salespeople should solicit orders for any of the pizzas listed on the Order Form. Once the sales campaign is over, all monies collected by the salespeople should be given to a representative of your group. This representative will then place an order with your Friends & Family Pizza Sales Representative for all of the pizzas ordered during your sales campaign. Once we have received your check and order, you should expect about 2-4 weeks until your pizzas are delivered to your organization.
Q2: Which pizzas are available for us to sell?
A2: We have 12 different pizzas available for purchase. These include: Plain cheese, White with garlic, Red w/ pepperoni, Red w/ sausage, Red w/ bacon, Hawaiian, BBQ chicken, Hot-wing chicken, Meat-lovers, Veggie-lovers on white, White w/ broccoli, and Plain cheese on wheat.
Q3: How will the pizzas be delivered?
A3: All of the pizzas will be delivered to your location frozen, pre-made, and individually wrapped. They should be kept refrigerated until consumed.
Q4: How much money can our organization make with this fundraiser?
A4: As with any fundraiser, the more you can sell the more money your organization will make! While we cannot guarantee the number of sales you will generate, you can expect a profit of up to $2.00 for every pizza that you do sell.
Q5: How long does a sales campaign run?
A5: We suggest a sales campaign duration of three (3) weeks. This allows your salespeople sufficient time to promote and sell the pizzas, as well as collect money from your customers.
Q6: Is there a minimum number of sales needed in order for my organization to receive a profit?
A6: No, your organization will receive a return of $2.00 for every pizza that you sell – regardless of number of sales. However, depending on the location of your organization and your order amount, your order may be subject to a delivery charge. This charge will be communicated to you by your Friends & Family Pizza Sales Representative prior to commencement of your sale.
Q7: When should I expect to receive my order?
A7: Within 2-4 weeks after your order and payment has been received. Your Friends & Family Pizza Sales Representative will work with you to determine a delivery date, time and location to ensure that your order is properly delivered to, and received by, your organization.
Q8: Do any of the pizzas for sale contain allergens?
A8: Yes, some of the pizzas contain ingredients that customers may potentially be allergic to. These ingredients are appropriately labeled on the outside of each pizza next to the nutritional information. Please contact your Friends & Family Pizza Sales Representative if you have any specific questions about food allergens.
Q9: How long can the pizzas last in the refrigerator/freezer?
A9: While still in its original packaging, the pizzas can last for up to two (2) weeks in a refrigerator or for up to three (3) months in a freezer.
Q10: How can I purchase your pizzas if I am not currently involved in a fundraiser?
A10: All of the pizzas sold through the Friends & Family Pizza fundraising program are available for purchase at any of our Friends & Family Pizza Buffet locations. Visit the “Locations” link on this website to find the Friends & Family Pizza Buffet closest to you.
Q11: As the Fundraising Coordinator with my organization, what am I responsible for?
A11: As the primary contact, you will work with your Friends & Family Pizza Sales Representative to ensure that the following steps are taken:
Q12: Does the Friends & Family Pizza fundraiser provide any incentives to the salespeople for making sales?
A12: Instead of investing money in incentive awards, we thought it would be more beneficial to incorporate this money into the profits of your sales – thus allowing for a profit per pizza sold of up to $2.00! While some organizations may choose to spend their profits on an incentive award for their salespeople, others may prefer to invest their fundraising proceeds into other ventures and opportunities. We let you decide how to spend your money!
